930 Poydras is nearing completion and the owner (Gibbs Development) has started leasing apartments. FLC Systems installed the exterior skin for the building; Centria Formawall Panels and Windows, Perforated Panels, Tube Steel Supports, and metal stud framing. It took only 10 months from start to finish to get the building completely enclosed. The project sits on the corner of Poydras and O’Keefe in downtown New Orleans just blocks from the French Quarter and the Superdome.
